About Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines

Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines is located near historic Versailles, about 20km south-west of Paris. The city brings together a dozen municipalities and takes its name from the Basilique de Saint-Quentin, which houses the remains of Saint Quentin himself. Populated with over 220,000 inhabitants, it is a new city that has grown quickly since its inception in the early 1970s.

While it is not very old, it houses museums and monuments galore, and has a certain charm that seduces visitors who pass through this new and vibrant city.
