UCI Track Champions League & AWS PartyRock Jersey Design Competition Game rules
1.1 WBD Sports Events Limited, Discovery House Chiswick Park Building 2, 566 Chiswick High Road, London, England, W4 5YB, with company number 04361881 (the « Organising Company »), organises from 12th November 2024 at 12:00 GMT+0 to 22nd November 2024 at 12:00 GMT+0 included, a contest, free-of-charge and with no obligation to buy, titled “UCI Track Champions League Ultimate Fan Competition” (the « Game »).
1.2 The Game takes place on the Internet website accessible at the following URL address: https://www.ucitrackchampionsleague.com/the-partyrock-tcl-ultimate-fan-competition (the « Platform ») which will redirect towards the PartyRock App at the following URL address for the jersey design part of the Game: https://partyrock.aws/u/partyrock/vPSgD11OZ/UCI-Track-Champions-League-Jersey-Generator.
2.1 Participation in the Game implies that each participant (hereinafter, the "Participant(s)") has read and accepted, without reservation, these rules (the "Rules"), which apply to all Participants, and the principle of the Game. Any Participant who contravenes one or more of the articles of these Rules will be deprived of the opportunity to take part in the Game, as well as of any Prize, as defined in article 6 hereinafter, that he or she may have won.
2.2 Participation in the Game is free and without obligation to buy.
2.3 The Game is open to all natural persons over the age of eighteen (18), residing in the United Kingdom.
2.4 Under no circumstances may persons who have collaborated in the organisation of this Game or who have a direct or indirect legal link with the Organising Company take part in this Game.
2.5 Any form of participation in the Game other than that expressly defined in these Rules is excluded and will not be taken into consideration by the Organising Company.
2.6 If it appears that a Participant uses equipment or an application to circumvent the Rules, by masking his/her identity through the manipulation of IP addresses, or by using any other identity or any other automated means in order to increase the number of his/her entries, he/she will be disqualified.
2.7 Incomplete entries and entries made by automated means will also be disqualified.
2.8 Participation in the Game is limited to one entry per person (same e-mail address and same full name). Group entries, in particular, by commercial establishments, consumer groups or others, will not be accepted.
2.9 A Participant (same full name) registered with several e-mail addresses will be disqualified. Any attempt at fraud on the part of a Participant will result in the invalidation of all entries submitted. Any falsified, fraudulent, false, misleading, incorrect or inaccurate indication of identity or e-mail address will result in disqualification of the Participant's participation in the Game.
2.10 All entries received after 22nd November 2024 at 12:00 GMT+0 will be considered null and void.
3.1 Each Participant may consult the Rules free of charge:
4.1 To take part in the Game and have a chance of winning the Prize, each Participant must fill in the participation form with their name, email address, phone number and upload the design of their own cycling jersey that they will have created through the PartyRock App (https://partyrock.aws/u/partyrock/vPSgD11OZ/UCI-Track-Champions-League-Jersey-Generator), and accept these present Rules without reservation (the « Entry »).
5.1. There will be only one winner of the Game, namely the Participant who designs the most artistic jersey design that the two (2) TCL Champion judges view as something that is creative, innovative, and an item that they would wear when competing (the "Winner").
6.1 The Winner will receive the following prize: two (2) VIP Tickets to the UCI Track Champions League Grand Finale in London on the 7th December 2025 of a total value of seven hundred and ninety-eight (798) euros and a signed TCL Leader Jersey of a value of fifty (50) euros (the « Prize »).
6.2 Other Participants may not claim any prize or compensation.
6.3 The Organising Company reserve the right to replace the Prize with a prize of equivalent value, without the Participants and the Winner being able to make any claim in this respect.
6.4 In certain cases, the Winner may be asked by the Organising Company to sign a form accepting the Prize (the « Acceptance Form ») within a period of four (4) days after the Organising Company has notified them that they have won, failing which the Prize may not be awarded to the Winner.
6.5 The Participants are entirely responsible for the validity of their contact details given at the time of their Entry and the Participants acknowledge that the Organising Company may not be held responsible for the non-delivery of e-mails and/or the Prize due to incomplete, imprecise or incorrect contact details.
6.6 Upon request from the Organising Company, the Winner undertakes to provide a copy of his/her identity document to the Organising Company in order to confirm his/her identity. Without this, the Organising Company will not be able to award the Prize.
6.7 Once the Participant's information has been validated, the Prize will be awarded to the Participant by the most appropriate means within three (3) months of the completion of the validation process, by the Organising Company, except in this particular case, for the two VIP tickets to the UCI Track Champions League Grand Finale in London on the 7th December 2025, which will be delivered to the Winner in due time before the event.
6.8 Everything that is not expressly included in the Prize as referred to above is deemed to be excluded (by way of example: personal expenses or any other expense that the Winner may incur in connection with his/her participation in the Game, the enjoyment/use of the Prize).
6.9 In the event that the Prize involves travel, no matter if the cost is born by the Organising Company or the Winner and whatever the means of transport and whatever the destination, the Winner is solely responsible for taking the necessary steps and obtaining the necessary documents, enabling them, where applicable, to travel to the destination (by way of example, passports, visas, authorisations, insurance).
6.10 The Prize may not be exchanged or taken back, nor may it be the subject of any financial consideration or financial equivalent. Any complaints regarding the provision of the Prize may not consist of financial consideration and/or a financial equivalent. The Prize is personal and non-transferable and under no circumstances may a person other than the Winner be designated as the winner or beneficiary.
6.11 It is specified that the Organising Company will not provide any guarantee, assistance, enjoyment or provision service, as the Prize consists solely in the provision/implementation of the Prize as described in the present Rules.
6.12 Under no circumstances will the Organising Company be held responsible for the delay in making the Prize available or in the event that the Winner is unable to benefit from the Prize due to circumstances beyond the control of the Organising Company.
7.1 The Participants and Winner expressly consent, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, that the Organising Company/ all members of Warner Bros.’ wider corporate group may use his/her name, photograph, likeness (including his/her voice), hometown and biographical information and statements, as applicable, entered on the Platform or shared on social media as part of the Entry, and may quote and publish them, free of charge, without notice, for the purpose of advertising, promotion, merchandising, throughout the world in perpetuity, and the Participants and the Winner grant all rights to edit or modify and to publish and copyright such details.
7.2 The Organising Company/ members of Warner Bros.’ wider corporate group may not be held liable in the event of false or inaccurate statements made by the Participant, or in the event of infringement of the rights of third parties committed by the Participants in the context of the Game, and the Participants release the Organising Company/ all members of Warner Bros.’ wider corporate group from any liability in this regard.
7.3 In addition to the above, if the Competition involves Participants creating and uploading content, each Participant agrees that his/her Entry meets the following criteria:
(i)The Entry must not feature any person other than the Participant(s), unless expressly required to do so by the Game;
(ii) The Participant featured in the Entry must meet the minimum age requirements of the Game;
(iii) The Entry must not contain any obscene, offensive, defamatory, threatening, illegal or otherwise inappropriate images or material and must be free from advertising;
(iv) The Entry must be original work and must not feature any images, material or rights belonging to any third party (including, without limitation, any copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property rights) and that the Participant has the right to grant the licences set out herein;
(v) The Entry must be of sufficient clarity and technical quality for inclusion in the Game;
(vi) Entries must not have been submitted previously in any competition of any kind or exhibited or displayed publicly (i.e. disclosed beyond Participant’s immediate circle of friends and family) through any means; and
(vii) The Entry must be suitable for presentation in a public forum.
7.4 Each Participant hereby grants to the Organising Company and any and all members of Warner Bros.’ wider corporate group and any other party involved in the operation of the Game a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully transferable and sub-licensable, worldwide licence to use (including, without limitation, the right to modify) the Entry (including their jersey design) in connection with the operation of the Game and for commercial and promotional purposes in any format and using any media including, without limitation, any reproduction and/or broadcast of the Entry online, and/or on TV (whether or not now invented) at the Organising Company’s / members of Warner Bros.’ wider corporate group’s sole discretion. Each Participant shall and shall use all reasonable endeavours to procure that any necessary third party shall, at the Participant(s)’ cost, promptly execute such documents and perform such acts as may be required for the purpose of giving full effect to the foregoing grant.
7.5 Each Participant agrees that he/she will not post or upload or otherwise make available any text, images, audio, video or any other content or material whatsoever which is illegal or inappropriate for family viewing, which is of an adult-only nature or which is in any way offensive, defamatory, insulting, degrading, sexist, racist, discriminatory or obscene, violent, which is controversial or contains off-topic themes or content, or which may be harmful to the reputation of Warner Bros. and/or its products or services (or the reputation of any member of Warner Bros.’ wider corporate group or their products and services or any social networking site).
7.6 Once submitted, the Entry and its content (Participant’s videos, photos, submissions, uploads and/or other entries (including any personal information contained within them)) will become accessible and may be linked to or copied from the public internet. The Organising Company/ members of Warner Bros.’ wider corporate group may not be able to prevent further use of entries by third parties without permission during and after the Game period. Participants should not include anything within their Entry which they, or others appearing in the Entry, do not wish to be distributed in this way.
7.7 The Organising Company reserve the right to review the Entry following submission to ensure its compliance with the above conditions. If the Organising Company, at their sole discretion, determine that the Entry does not comply with these conditions, it shall be disqualified from the Game and the Organising Company reserve the right not to make the Entry available on the Platform or otherwise, and to remove the Entry, or links or any other means of access to the Entry, from the Platform or otherwise at any time without giving notice.
7.8 Entries shall not be returned to Participants.
8.1. Participation in the Game may involve the collection and processing, by the Organising Company, of certain personal data of the Participants and the Winner.
In accordance with the law of June 20, 2018 on the protection of personal data, Participants in the Game have a right to access, rectify and object to information concerning them and collected in the context of the Game, by writing to the Organising Company at the address specified in Article 1 of these Rules or at the following address: wbdprivacy@wbd.com.

9.1. The Organising Company may not be held liable for any total or partial malfunctioning of the Internet network, whether or not this results in failures in the administration, security, entry, integrity or management of the Game. In particular, they may not be held liable for any errors, omissions, imperfections, interruptions, deletions, transmission delays, communication and connection circuit failures, destruction, damage or any other problem related to telecommunications networks, computers and online terminals, servers or access providers.
9.2. The Organising Company reserves the right to exclude from participation in this Game any person who disrupts its progress. It reserves the right to take legal action against anyone who has cheated, defrauded, rigged or disrupted the operations described in these Rules or attempted to do so. Any Winner who has cheated will be automatically stripped of any right to obtain any Prize.
9.3. The Organising Company reserves the right, in particular in the event of an overriding reason, to shorten, extend or cancel the Game in part or in its entirety if circumstances so require, and the Participants acknowledge that it may not be held liable as a result.
9.4. The Organising Company reserves the right to temporarily suspend the possibility of participating in the Game if it or any of its technical service providers (and in particular its hosting service providers) are no longer able to ensure the continuity of the service necessary for the Game to run.
9.5. The Organising Company may always, in the event of force majeure, a fortuitous event or an exceptional circumstance (fire, flood, natural disaster, malicious intrusion into the computer system, strike, questioning of the financial and technical equilibrium of the Game, etc.), even if this is its own responsibility (subject in any case to its good faith), cease all or part of the Game.
9.6. The Game will be cancelled in the event of the dissolution of the Organising Company, as well as in the event of force majeure, without Participants being entitled to claim any compensation in this respect.
9.7. Any information provided by the Participants, in particular their contact details, will be considered null and void and will not be taken into consideration if it contains an anomaly.
9.8. The Participants acknowledge that the Organising Company may not be held liable for any prejudice of any kind (personal, material, financial or other) arising from their participation in the Game.
9.9. The Organising Company shall in no way be held liable towards the Winner in the event of the occurrence of any event beyond the company's control making it impossible to enjoy/use the Prize.
9.10. The Organising Company expressly declines all liability for any incident or prejudice of any nature that may arise as a result of the Participants' participation in the Game and/or enjoyment of the Prize and/or as a result of its use by the Winner, and this is expressly acknowledged by the Participants and the Winner. The Participants and the Winner therefore waive any claim and any recourse against the Organising Company and/or any of the companies in the group to which they belong (namely, for the Organising Company, the Warner Bros. Discovery Inc. group), on the aforementioned grounds, and in particular, as regards the Prize, its quality or any consequences arising from taking possession of the Prize.
10.1 In order to be taken into account, any disputes relating to the Game must be made no later than thirty (30) days from the end of the Game, in writing only and sent to the following address:

10.2 The Organising Company shall decide any question relating to the application of these Rules or not settled by these Rules. With the exception of cases of fraud by the Participants, any dispute that may arise in connection with the execution of these Rules shall be settled as a matter of priority out of court between the Organising Company and the Participant.
10.3 The Game is governed by the laws of the Participants’ country of residence. By participating, Participants consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of their country of residence for any action however so arising out of these Rules.
