Elite Track Cycling returns to the UK for the inaugural season of the UCI Track Champions League with London hosting 2 rounds at the iconic Lee Valley Velopark

That’s what to expect when the UCI Track Champions League touches down in London this December. Lee Valley VeloPark will host the fourth and fifth rounds of the landmark series on Friday 3 and Saturday 4 December 2021, heralding a new chapter in the history of track cycling. Will you be there?

Tickets to this highly anticipated event are now on sale from Ticketmaster starting from only £21.50 for adults and £11 for concessions. Track Centre Lounge passes are also available offering the best seat in the house, as the racing unfolds around you within touching distance of the riders and their support teams.

Lee Valley VeloPark

The award-winning Lee Valley VeloPark has a capacity for 6,000 spectators and was constructed for the 2012 London Olympics. The venue also hosted the UCI Track Cycling World Championships in 2016, the successful hour world record attempt by Sir Bradley Wiggins in 2015 and more recently, the back-to-back, sold-out rounds of the Track Champions League in 2021. It will again host the Track Champions League Grand Finale where the champions will be crowned following the 2022 series.

Schedule

The UCI Track Champions League features four of the fastest, most exciting race disciplines: Sprint, Keirin, Elimination and Scratch.

The provisional race schedule is detailed below which will be finalised closer to the event. In London the same schedule will be run for round 3 on Friday and round 4 on Saturday.
