Kouame Taky
biographie
Taky Marie-Divine Kouamé (b. 2002) is a French cyclist, specialising in the Sprint events at the UCI Track Champions League. Kouamé got into cycling as a child after her neighbour enrolled her in her local cycling club.
Since joining the senior ranks in 2020, Taky has risen to the very top this year, claiming three national titles in the Keirin, Sprint and 500m Time Trial events. Her biggest prize to date though, is the rainbow jersey she won in the 500m Time Trial at the 2022 TIssot UCI Track World Championships. This will be Kouamé’s first UCI Track Champions League season, and we are sure she will be looking to compete for gold medals here too.
